Completion of work is subject to acts of God, electric or mechanical failure and illness of writer. Client agrees to pay $25.00 on returned checks, court and attorney or other collection fees required to collect monies due. All unpaid balances must be paid five (5) days after 1^st draft is e-mailed to client.
