Client acknowledges that fees are for services and are not cancelable or refundable and in no event will deposits be returned. All price quotes must be documented IN WRITING. Actual fee may be more depending on the actual amount of work performed. Writer is not responsible for errors on client worksheet, notes, etc., or for errors after proofreading by client. Completion of work is subject to acts of God, electric or mechanical failure and illness of writer. Client agrees to pay $25.00 on returned checks, court and attorney or other collection fees required to collect monies due. All unpaid balances must be paid five (5) days after 1st draft is e-mailed to client.
